WHAT IS A GI?


A lightweight two-piece garment, modeled after the traditional Japanese Kimono, worn in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Aikido and other martial arts. A Gi typically consists of string held pants and a jacket that is closed with a cloth belt. There are 2 type of Jiu-Jitsu classes Kuleana offers, Gi and NOGI.
